Last Sunday, on April 14th I was one of the first in line to shop the Kate Young for Target collection. I stopped in and bought one her necklaces to add to my Sunday morning brunch outfit. First stop in her collection? Jewelry.
I got the gold Arrow Heart Pendant to add to my little jewelry necklace party. A total steal at $19.99. Target only stocked two of each type of the jewelry. I’m sure this is by design by Target, to create a “buy it now mentality”. One where you have to buy it now, out of fear it might not be available later. If this collection is anything like the Prabal Gurung capsle collection, they’ll be quietly re-stocking the shelves at a later date. If this is not the case, perhaps the bulk of the merchandise went to other more metropolitan stores with more sales. Either way, if there’s a piece you’ve got your eyes on… get it now, before it sells out.
My next stop after jewelry? The clothing collection.
If you want pieces from the Kate Young for Target collection, you may want to shop it before it’s gone! I was one of the first shoppers at my local Target on Sunday when the collection launched. Many of the pieces only had ONE garmet in each size for any particular design.
